Welcome !!!
Welcome to tzChristmas.com !!
The home to my Christmas lighting display. I’m Thyno Zgouvas and this site is dedicated to my love of Christmas, Christmas lights, and the joy that they bring to so many during the Christmas season, the happiest time of the year ! Stay awhile, look around and enjoy yourself. Thanks for stopping by !
I also want to send out a big "thank you" to my parents, John and Mary. Your love of Christmas, and your love for me and my sisters, gave us Christmas memories that I will cherish and share for the rest of my life.
2009 was my 5th year of an animated display thats synchronized to music. In spite of the economic environment, donations were the best of any year. A total of $7,727.00 was collected for the sunshine center. Thank you everybody that visited and donated ! Take a look at the "2010 Updates" to read an interesting story about one particular family's visit to the display.
The second year of my animated display was 2005. Visitors to my display increased dramatically. It was Christmas Eve 2005 when I had the idea to collect donations for a charity. So, in 2006, I decided I would collect for The Montgomery Family Sunshine Center. You will notice on each page of my website, a link that will take you to The Montgomery Sunshine Center’s donation page. If you would like to know more about the Sunshine Center's mission and all of the fine work they do, visit them by clicking on this link The Montgomery Family Sunshine Center. Please, if you are able, make a donation and let’s help them help people from here in our communities that are victims of child abuse, spouse abuse and elderly abuse. Better yet, come on out to see the display and drop it in the red donation box, on my mailbox.
I hope you enjoy your visit here and always remember the reason for the season;
The birth of God’s Son, our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

The Christmas Enthusiast Prayer
As I untangle strings of Christmas lights, Lord help me to remember that I do this first to honor You. Never let me get so prideful of my display that I fail to see the wonders in the eyes of a child or the joy on the faces of those who are still children at heart. Never let me forget that my total effort is to make Christmas memories, bring cheer and to slow down the pace of a hectic season, if only for a moment, and focus on the true meaning of Christmas. And Lord, someday when I meet you face to face, I pray that I may hear you say:
“When you made My people smile, you made Me smile.”
Amen
